David's house is located at 14382 FM 109, Brenham, Texas 77833 in the community referred to as Welcome, Texas. The house has two bedrooms with queen size beds along with a bathroom for each bedroom. The property has been in the family since 1866 when David Schulz’s Great Grandfather Christoph Thielemann returned from the Civil War and settled on the property. His Granddaughter Esther Theilemann married Adolph Schulz on June 16, 1936. Esther was given part of the farm and a home was built for her, which is now David’s house. On November 4, 1941, Esther had a son who is David Schulz and the current owner of the property. David restored the home in 2013. The living room and dining room has the original furniture which was purchased by Esther and Adolph when the house was built. The hall is filled with certificates and pictures from the past. David's house can be rented by the day or by the week. No other guests will share the home during your stay.
